License for Infinity Design Pioneer Products

1. License Scope
   Upon purchasing the Infinity Design Pioneer digital file package, the user (Licensee) acquires the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased files for personal or commercial projects.

2. Terms of Use

   • Files may be used to create final physical or digital products.
   • Resale, distribution, or sharing of unmodified files is prohibited.
   • The Licensee may not resell the files or use them to create derivative products intended for resale as digital files.

3. Limitations

   • The license is granted for personal or commercial use.
   • Sub-licensing, renting, lending, or distributing the files to third parties is prohibited.

4. Device Usage

   • This license is valid for use on a single device.
   • For use on multiple devices, the Licensee must purchase an upgrade to unlock access across unlimited devices. HERE'S THE LINK
   • Sharing files across multiple devices without an upgrade constitutes a violation of this license.

5. Intellectual Property
   The intellectual property rights of the files remain with Infinity Design Pioneer. The user does not acquire any ownership rights to the files but only the right to use them under the terms of this license.

6. License Duration
   The license is granted indefinitely with lifetime access unless the Licensee violates the terms.

7. Termination Clause
   Infinity Design Pioneer reserves the right to revoke the license in the event of non-compliance with the terms outlined above.
